Come together on November 11 in Wilde Hall to participate in the Annual UUCS Auction! There will be a live auction, events to sign-up for, a silent auction, and raffle items. Be ready to bid on auction items such as vacation homes, artwork, or choosing the theme of Scott’s sermon!
Doors will open at 2:30 pm and the event will begin at 3:00 pm. Childcare will be provided upstairs for the duration of the event. Please plan on bringing a plate of hors d’oeuvres or desserts to share. As always, wine, beer, and sodas will be provided.
During October we will be accepting donations of items, events, and experiences to be auctioned off. Please consider what you have to offer- maybe an unused record player or gently used bicycle. Are you an expert on sewing? Feel free to offer classes or one-on-one lessons for someone looking to learn a new skill. If you’re known for your vegetarian chili recipe, offer to host a meal for eight at your home.
Those wanting to donate an item, please fill out the online form here.
Those wanting to donate an event, please fill out the online form here.
We are also looking for volunteers to help on the day of November 11 with set-up, answering questions & running the event, and clean-up. If you are willing to help, please fill out the online form here.
All donations of items and events must be submitted by October 19.
If you require help filling out a form or would like to speak to someone in person, either Virginia McLean, Leigh Jenkins, or Amanda Richardson will be in the Fellowship Hall after service every Sunday in October to assist. You may also email auction@uucs.org with any questions or concerns.
