So often, the simplest practices have enormous transformative effect in complex situations.
Sharing is such a practice. When we share, our human commonality connects across our very human differences. I have something to share with you, and when the time comes, you may have something to share with me. We are different, and both human. And what we share connects us.
And it creates such joy. Sharing food. Sharing laughter. Sharing books. Sharing burdens. Sharing hopes. Sharing space. Sharing beauty. Sharing time. Sharing attention.
Sharing opens us to the more we can be.
Whenever we feel the desire to grasp, to protect, to withhold–share.
